Oporto Casula Drive Thru

I have been to many Oporto in Sydney, but the store in Casula is by far the best I have been too. I will drive 40mins when I’m craving a decent Oporto meal because this store is top tier. The customer service is exceptional, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable in the products. The service for take away and dine in is the same, the packaging and handling of the food and drinks is always in excellent condition. I have never had any issues. The food is always made fresh to order, my favourite has been the pulled chicken bowl. It includes a little bit of everything which I absolutely love!!! I will always rate this store if I could give more than 5 ⭐ I would!!! Thank you to all the staff and management for keeping the hospitality/take away experience top-notch! Every time I order, I'm greeted with exceptional service, delicious food, and timely deliveries. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and they go out of their way to ensure that each meal is perfect. The quality of the food is consistently outstanding, and I appreciate the attention to detail in both the preparation and presentation.

The times I've eaten in here have been fantastic.The staff are very friendly and service is fast. The food was fresh,hot and tasty. It was also assembled very nicely and neatly on my plate,which I thought gave the whole experience a sweet,personal touch. Also,it is absolutely spotless! A very welcome change to sit in a relaxed,super clean restaurant.Definitely recommended..

The food was amazingly tasty and so was the lady named Hala who served us the food which such love and care even when she was busy with her drive thru stuff. Felt like having a brunch at home. I would definetly recomend going to this outlet as its worth every penny spent..

We were served by Roberta, and I have to say, it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Roberta made us feel right at home, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The food was even better than we expected. Every dish was freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. You could really taste the quality and care that went into each bite. It’s rare to find a place where both the service and the food are equally outstanding, but this place truly delivered on both fronts. We left feeling completely satisfied and already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and top-notch service!

Riha was lovely at her front counter service, the food preparation via eat-in dining was very good for lunch hour; very fast for family of 4 and kids fed first.. well done today morning/lunch crew at Oporto Casula

If I could only eat at 1 Oportos in Australia it would be this one. It’s never wrong, there is always a member of owners family on staff, from the little things like feedback on bags to always being friendly and having a clean restaurant (even the bathrooms) it’s crazy good. I’m not saying other oportos are bad, just that this one is exceptional. I’ve even taken people who were turned off by a bad experience here to redeem them as a fast food chain.
